Home > Top 10 Best Michelin Star Restaurants in Las Vegas (2024)

If you’re a foodie looking to indulge in some of the finest dining experiences, Las Vegas offers numerous Michelin-starred restaurants. Although there hasn’t been a restaurant in Las Vegas given the prestigious star rating since 2009, many of the Michelin-starred restaurants are still open to this day. We will be including these picks, as well as restaurants curated by Michelin Star chefs.

It is important to note that the reason there are no new Michelin reviewed Vegas restaurants is because they decided to stop selling their Vegas guide in 2010, citing poor book sales. It has not yet come back, but may in the future.

1. Le Cirque

Located in the Bellagio, Le Cirque was honored with a one star rating in both 2008 and 2009, as well as a host of other ratings including the Forbes Five Star Award and the AAA Five diamond award.

Le Cirque specializes in tasting menus so you have the opportunity to try a wide selection of some mouthwatering dishes such as a ricotta gnudi with a consommé and black winter truffles, or a wagyu striploin with a parsley pomme purée and pickled mushrooms. The restaurant also features wine pairings and some decadent desserts such as a Grand Marnier soufflé with vanilla bean ice cream.

2. Joël Robuchon

Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand is the only restaurant in Las Vegas that has received a 3 star rating from Michelin, and also has earned a number of other accolades, such as The Laurent Perrier 2009 Lifetime Achievement Award and the Forbes Five Star Award.

Joël Robuchon has a delicious tasting menu that we absolutely recommend splurging for, as it includes their famous bread cart, a scottish salmon confit with caviar, caramelized black cod with malabar pepper sauce and black garlic, as well as a sampling of desserts including a green apple sorbet and a hazelnut milk chocolate crémeux.

3. Restaurant Guy Savoy

With two Michelin stars to its name, Restaurant Guy Savoy in Caesars Palace is a must visit. Guy Savoy is known for his culinary excellence and has received numerous awards beyond the Michelin stars for his talents.

The restaurant features a celebration tasting menu, but we want to highlight some of the amazing dishes on the À La Carte menu. For appetizers, you have some amazing options like sear foie gras with lemon and pistachio, or Guy Savoy’s signature ‘colors of caviar’ dish. For entreés, highlights include a crispy branzino roulade with Ceviche, Fennel, and Eggplant, as well as a melt in your mouth veal chop, with sweet dread and colors of squash.

4. Michael Mina

Another restaurant located in the Bellagio, Michael Mina is the recipient of one Michelin star, as well as the AAA Five diamond award. The restaurant is known for its innovative seafood dishes and its use of the freshest ingredients possible.

We recommend trying one of their signature entrees, such as the apple wood smoked market fish that comes with a tomato saffron nage, butter beans, artichoke, and preserved lemons, or a phyllo-crusted sole with crab brandade, asparagus, and a delicious dijon beurre blanc. Michael Mina also features a tasting menu that highlights some of their best dishes.

5. Wing Lei

Wing Lei, located in Wynn Las Vegas, is renowned for being the first Chinese restaurant in the United States to earn a Michelin star. The restaurant also has a large number of other accolades including being the only Chinese restaurant to receive the Forbes Five Star Award in North America.

One of the best highlights from the menu is the imperial peking duck, which is carved tableside and comes with your choice of steamed buns, or mandarin crêpes with cucumber, scallions, and hoisin sauce. Wing Lei also has a tasting menu of other popular dishes including poached Maine lobster with summer vegetables, and a truffle soup dumpling with minced pork and micro-chives.

6. Tim Ho Wan

Although Tim Ho Wan has not received any accolades in Las Vegas, the original location earned its claim to fame as being the world’s most inexpensive Michelin-starred restaurant. You can find the Las Vegas location in the Palms Casino Resort

Known as the “dim sum specialists,” Tim Ho Wan has a large variety of dumplings to choose from like steamed or deep fried pork dumplings with shrimp, steamed dumplings with shrimp and chives, or pan fried chicken dumplings with ginger essence.

7. DJT

Located in Trump International, DJT specializes in innovative American cuisine with an upscale atmosphere that made it worthy of receiving one Michelin star in 2009. The restaurant boasts an extensive wine and cocktail list that sets the tone for the rest of the evening’s meal.

The menu is full of traditional yet modern dishes that can be tailored to suit any taste such as a filet mignon served with beaujolais sauce, smashed potatoes, and broccolini, or their classically American braised short ribs with red wine jus and mashed potatoes and heirloom carrots on the side.

8. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon

L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is the second Joël Robuchon restaurant in Las Vegas and the recipient of its own Michelin star in 2009. The restaurant’s biggest feature is the dining room, which faces the seating towards the kitchen so you can watch as your food is prepared right in front of you. L’Atelier includes accolades like the Wine Spectator’s Best of Award of Excellence and a Four Diamond rating from AAA.

L’Atelier is similar to the Joël Robuchon restaurant as they specialize in a variety of tasting menus including their seasonal discovery menu, which offers a selection of dishes using seasonal ingredients that are sure to delight. L’Atelier also offers an À La Carte menu that features a selection of Joël Robuchon’s most famous dishes, such as the foie gras stuffed quail with a soy glaze and Robuchon’s iconic pommes purée.

9. Momofuku

David Chang, the mastermind behind the Momofuku brand and restaurant of the same name in The Cosmopolitan, has garnered several prestigious awards throughout his culinary career. Including 5 James Beard awards, as well as two Michelin stars for Momofuku Ko in New York City.

The Momofuku menu changes daily, however there are always some common dishes that pop up including the pork belly buns with hoisin sauce, scallions, and cucumber, and the sharable candied walnut lobster and shrimp that comes with 6 lobster tails, 18 fried shrimp, and yuzu mayonnaise, condensed milk, chilies, crispy garlic, and scallions.

10. Nobu

Located at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Nobu received one Michelin star in 2008 and 2009 when the resort was known as the Hard Rock Hotel. The chef and restaurateur Nobuyuki Matsuhisa has also received numerous awards, including a large number of Michelin stars for both his restaurants and hotels, as well as being a James Beard Award winner.

A sushi lover’s paradise, Nobu offers dishes such as their yellowtail sashimi with jalapeños and a delicious yuzu ponzu sauce, and the Japanese snapper with dry miso and garlic chips. We recommend trying the omakase menu at Nobu, which is handcrafted each day by their head chef, giving you a truly authentic and unique dining experience.
