Ranked as one of the most gay-friendly cities in the U.S., Las Vegas goes all out for its pride celebrations. The city hosts several major events throughout the year, including parades, parties, and events for the whole family!

Although the biggest pride events are in October, lining up with National Coming Out Day, many businesses and organizations host events during pride month in June. Las Vegas is also home to a wide variety of LGBTQ+ friendly hotels, restaurants, and businesses, making it a great place for LGBTQ+ travelers.

Las Vegas Men’s Chorus: Color The World

The Las Vegas Men’s Chorus is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ people. They perform a variety of music, from traditional choral pieces to contemporary pop hits, to promote equal rights and acceptance.

This year on June 30th, they will be performing at UNLV to celebrate pride before heading to GALA Festival 2024. They will be covering many different songs spanning the decades, including classic Broadway hits, as well as top songs from recent years. You can get tickets here. 

Lesbian Pride Mixer

The Center is another non-profit organization that provides a safe and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals to come together and celebrate their diversity. They also offer educational programs and resources to promote understanding and acceptance.

The Center has many pride events going on this month, but one highlight in their event list is their Lesbian Pride Mixer that is happening on June 21st. The mixer will include snacks, raffles, and a place to connect with other lesbians. No tickets or RSVP is required!

Colors of Pride: A Youth Art Celebration

Another highlight of the events at The Center is the Colors of Pride event. Kids from ages 10-18 can partake in creating art pieces that will be displayed on The Center’s walls at the youth drop in zone.

The event will be hosted by a local artist, and will provide an opportunity for youth to express themselves and celebrate their identity. The event is free to join and happens every Friday in June. You can RSVP here.

Pride at Frankie’s Uptown with Frank Marino’s Diva’s 

Frankie’s Uptown is going all out for pride this year with their “Diva-licious Drag Brunch.” featuring local drag queens, delicious food, and plenty of live entertainment. Guests aged 18 and older are invited to attend an excellent two-hour show to celebrate the end of Pride Month on June 30th.

Doors for this event open at 11:00 a.m., giving guests an hour to settle in and get some food before the show starts at noon. While food and drinks are not included in the entry price, Frankie’s Uptown has a fantastic menu of classic Italian sandwiches and delicious cocktails that will be well worth the extra cost. Neon Youth Prom

For younger people looking to celebrate, Southern Nevada Pride is hosting a Youth Neon Prom Party on June 21st. Held at the Henderson Equality Centre, this event is open to LGBTQ+ youth aged 20 and under.

The prom is free to attend, and will also feature free food and sodas. This is a great event for any teens and young adults looking for a safe space to party and dance the night away with their friends.

Pride Family Bowling

Another event being put on by Southern Nevada Pride is a Pride Family Bowling Night. Here you can join other families for a fun night of bowling at the Strike Zone Bowling Center inside the Sunset Station Casino in Henderson.

This event is free to attend for the whole family, and includes free shoe rentals as well. However, RSVPs are required to attend, which can be made here.

Las Vegas PRIDE Bar Crawl 

Las Vegas PRIDE Bar Crawl offers a celebration unlike any other that also supports a great cause! Starting at the popular gay bar Phoenix Bar & Lounge, this crawl will take you to some of the best spots in Vegas.

The event starts on June 22nd at 7:30 and runs until midnight. Included in the ticket price is bus transportation to all of the stops in the crawl, drinks while on the bus, and a show back at Phoenix Bar & Lounge to end the night. You can get tickets here.

7th Annual Pride Bar Crawl

For another bar crawl that supports a good cause, the Crawl With Us pride bar crawl is perfect! This year, Crawl With Us will be supporting The Trevor Project, an organization that helps support LGBT youth.

The event this year is on June 22nd and starts at 4PM. Included in your ticket are three drinks, exclusive food and drink specials, specialized merch for the first 200 check-ins, waived cover fees, professional photographers throughout the night, and an after party that will knock your socks off! Bonus: October Pride Events

Although there are plenty of events that happen in Las Vegas during Pride Month, the major annual events often happen in the cooler months of October. This allows for outdoor events to be safer and much more enjoyable for everyone involved, and keep the pride spirit going all throughout the year.

Las Vegas PRIDE Fest

Las Vegas PRIDE’s festival is centered around National Coming Out Day, and they want you to come out and celebrate with them! Lasting from noon until 11:00 p.m. on October 12th, the event will be filled with a wide range of food vendors, drinks, and entertainers to make for an unforgettable day.

Children are welcome to attend PRIDE Fest during the day, and all activities will be family-friendly up until 7:00 p.m. PRIDE After Dark runs from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m., and is not recommended for children. Pets are welcome at any time so long as they are on a fixed leash. 

Las Vegas PRIDE Night Parade

On the evening before the PRIDE festival, Downtown Las Vegas lights up with their annual night parade. The parade begins on Gass Avenue and 4th Street, and makes its way down to the Fremont Street Experience.

This year, there will be a parade on the main stage at the intersection of 4th Street & Bridger Avenue with a block party and pre-show to kick the festivities off.
